This cave is immense and full of stalagmites and stalactites. Unfortunately they have chosen to enhance the experience by playing mood music, punctuated with helpful facts in Greek and English, through a Tanoy system.
The stairs are very steep and it was a long way down so there were obese people in danger of having a cardiac arrest on the way up.
